Here’s how our process works. To begin, submit your order by selecting the Start My Logo button below. Once processed, you will be assigned a private client ID number and asked to complete an online business profile that will assist us in understanding your company better.

From there, usually within 24 hours, our team of artists and developers will begin research and work on five fully customized logo designs for you to choose from. Based on your feedback from these five, revisions are then made as necessary until one reaches your absolute and complete satisfaction. It’s that easy!

How is my logo delivered, and in what file formats?(+/-)

Once complete, your logo is transmitted to you in three ways: via e-mail, made available for immediate download from your personal client page when you log in with your ID number, and also shipped to your home or office on a personalized disc completely free of charge.

Since your logo is likely to be applied across a variety of print and online settings we’ve anticipated your needs in advance by including appropriate file formats for any and all of your future design and print needs.

How long will your logo be in development?

Our answer is usually one week, but remember, we are a full-service agency creating one-of-a-kind designs from scratch. Your logo is not pulled from a template or pushed down a graphic assembly line with thousands of others. It’s a unique work of art designed to inspire your clientele and say something substantive about your company and its market position for years to come. Simply put, we don’t stop until you’re completely satisfied.

Once you’ve got your logo in place the next step is to integrate it into your corporate identity as a whole. The very first place to start is with your business cards, company letterhead, and envelopes. These, we’ll refer to collectively as your company stationary.

Most of our clients choose to have us design their company stationary at the same time as their logo in the interest of providing a more seamless transition to their new image. If you would like our team to do the same for you simply select the Order Now button below and follow the prompts.

At the completion of your logo we will then immediately present with three unique design schemes for your company stationary. Working from your favorite of these three, we then incorporate your feedback to refine a final look.

As with your logo, your stationary design is available for download immediately from your client page when you log-in with your assigned ID number, and will also be shipped to your home or office on a personalized disk in high-resolution, print-ready PDF format.

How many rounds of revisions are included in my logo pricing plan?(+/-)

Here at ZG Interactive our motto is rather simple; we don’t stop until you are completely satisfied. With that in mind, once you select a finalist from your initial five logo concepts we’ll then gladly work with you through however many revisions you need to perfect its final look. Want to experiment with another color or font? No problem. We’re not happy until you are!

Can I get business cards for multiple employees?(+/-)

Absolutely. You may print cards for as many employees as you like. The minimum number of cards per employee is 250. During the design phase you will be asked to provide the precise spelling and job title for each employee. For each additional employee there will be a one-time $15 layout fee.

Additional print costs will vary based on the scope of your order. We’re often able to extend substantial printing discounts on larger orders. At the time of your order for the Complete Corporate Identity Starter Package, just let us know how many extra cards you need and we’ll customize a quote for you on the spot!
